Hand Crafted Jewelry From The Sea

ObjeTrouve Hand Crafted Jewelry From The Sea

Each holiday season across the country the tradition of the”Holiday Stroll” brings community to the central square, where streets are dotted by small shops stocked with beautiful artisans’ wares – crafted with skill and love.

Pamela McKay, like many other artisans, works out of her home. She retreats to her studio as soon as her son is off to school, and again after the evening ritual of dinner and nighttime reading, putting the final touches on her pieces for the holiday season.

“Thank you for visiting ObjeTrouve, which means ”Found Object”.  I am dedicated to creating artisan jewelry using natural materials such as sea glass, sea stones, leather and sterling silver.  Every item has a unique story to tell and has been hand found and crafted.

I grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts in the fishing town of Marblehead. From the earliest age, one of my best memories was of going to the local docks, throwing out a drop-line for flounder and watching the local fishermen unload their catch. I also really cherish the memory of my dad bringing me and my sister to Flat Rock beach where I first discovered the true joy of finding a piece of sea glass. It was easy back then, but not so easy now. Today I continue to hunt for these treasures with my own small child, scouring the coasts of New England and the Caribbean islands. It is my love of the sea that brought me to this, my business that I now share with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!” Pam McKay, About ObjeTrouve

Please visit ObjeTrouve and support your local community this season and throughout the whole year!
